DeutschMIGRATION COUNSELLING for adult immigrants (MBE)
Since the beginning of 2005, the AWO Karlsruhe has been offering immigrants and their families advice and support to promote integration.
The target group are new immigrants
- Ethnic German resettlers, EU citizens, skilled workers and labourers, family members (for family reunification), recognised refugees, persons obliged or entitled to attend an integration course
- Ages 28 and over and their children up to the age of 12
- living in Karlsruhe city
Counselling takes place in the first three years after the first residence permit is issued. For migrants who do not require a residence permit, the three year period begins from the date of entry.
